- Garlic Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

- Red Cabbage - 100 grams, shredded
- Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
- Fresh Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into small cubes.

- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the seasoned tofu. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and crispy.
- While the tofu is cooking, warm the corn tortillas in a separate skillet for about 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Assemble the tacos by placing a portion of the spicy tofu in each tortilla. Top with shredded red cabbage, avocado slices, fresh cilantro, and a spoonful of salsa.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor.
