- Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Burger buns - 2
- Avocado - 1, sliced

- Lettuce leaves - 2
- Vegan mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Sriracha sauce - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Start by crumbling the tempeh into a bowl.
- Add olive oil, soy sauce, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well until the tempeh is evenly coated.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the tempeh mixture. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tempeh is golden and slightly crispy.

- Once the tempeh is cooked, form it into two patties.
- In the same skillet, cook the patties for an additional 3-4 minutes on each side until heated through.
- Assemble the burger by spreading vegan mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun, adding a lettuce leaf, a tempeh patty, sliced avocado, and sliced tomato. Drizzle sriracha sauce on top before adding the top half of the bun.
