- Red cabbage - 100 grams, thinly sliced
- Carrot - 1 medium, grated
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lime - 1, juiced
- Sriracha sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
- Honey - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken breasts with the spice mixture.
- Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink inside. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
