Ingredients

  • Shrimp (peeled and deveined) - 300 grams
  • Bell pepper (sliced) - 1 medium (150 grams)
  • Zucchini (sliced) - 1 medium (200 grams)
  • Broccoli florets - 100 grams
  • Garlic (minced) - 4 cloves
  • Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce (low sodium) - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Green onions (sliced for garnish) - 2 stalks

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and red chili flakes to the oil, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the pan, cooking for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
  4. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
