- Broccoli florets - 100 grams
- Garlic (minced) - 4 cloves
- Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce (low sodium) - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Green onions (sliced for garnish) - 2 stalks
Steps
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and red chili flakes to the oil, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
