  • Broccoli florets - 100 grams
  • Carrot, julienned - 1 medium (about 70 grams)
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Ginger, minced - 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sriracha sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onions, chopped - 2 stalks
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until they turn pink and opaque.
