  • Celery - 1 stalk, diced
  • Crushed tomatoes - 400 grams (1 can)
  • Chicken broth - 500 ml
  • Spinach - 100 grams, fresh
  • Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion, celery, and red bell pepper, sautéing until soft, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.
