Ingredients

  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Crushed red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Dairy-free mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
  • Spicy pepperoni slices - 100 grams
  • Bell pepper (sliced) - 50 grams
  • Fresh basil leaves - a handful (for garnish)
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled out dough to a pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the olive oil over the surface of the dough.
