- Avocado - 1, ripe
- Lime - 1, juiced
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Whole wheat burger buns - 2

Steps
- In a bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined and shape into 2 equal patties.

- While the patties are cooking, prepare the avocado sauce by mashing the avocado in a small bowl and mixing in lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Once the patties are cooked, place sliced jalapeños on top and cover the skillet for an additional 2 minutes to warm them through.
- Toast the whole wheat burger buns in the skillet until golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, followed by a patty, a slice of tomato, and a generous dollop of avocado sauce. Top with the other half of the bun.
