- Burger buns - 2
- Lettuce leaves - 2
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Cucumber - 1/2, sliced
- Yogurt - 100 grams (for sauce)
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, harissa paste, minced garlic, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties.
- Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Once hot, add the burger patties and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
