  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Rinse and drain the canned chickpeas thoroughly, then spread them on a clean kitchen towel and pat dry.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
