- Cauliflower - 300 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons

- Red bell pepper - 50 grams, diced
- Green onion - 2 stalks, sliced
- Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- Rinse the cauliflower and remove the leaves and stems. Cut it into florets and pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice grains.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the diced red bell pepper and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until softened.
