  • lime juice - 15 ml (1 tablespoon)
  • ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • olive oil - 15 ml (1 tablespoon)
  • salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • fresh cilantro - 15 grams (1/4 cup, chopped)
  • avocado - 1 small, for garnish (optional)

Steps

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the black beans, chopped jalapeño, minced garlic, lime juice, ground cumin, and salt.
