  • smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • corriander - 1/2 teaspoon
  • bread crumbs - 50g
  • egg - 1, beaten
  • olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • burger buns - 2, whole wheat recommended
  • avocado - 1, sliced
  • fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, mash the black beans with a fork until mostly smooth, leaving some chunks for texture.
