  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, cut into 2.5 cm squares
  • Red onion - 1 medium, cut into wedges
  • Wooden skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
  2. Add the beef cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
