  • Pork chops - 2 (approximately 200g each)

  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar-free BBQ sauce - 4 tablespoons
  • Apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Mustard - 1 teaspoon
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a small bowl, mix the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt to create a spice rub.
  2. Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the pork chops.
