  • Chicken thighs - 400 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Paprika - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cayenne pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sugar-free BBQ sauce - 100 grams
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt to create a spice rub.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs with the spice rub evenly.
  4. Place the chicken thighs on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
  5. During the last 5 minutes of cooking, brush the sugar-free BBQ sauce onto the chicken thighs.
  6. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
