- 1 tablespoon coconut oil - melted

- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts - optional
- 1 tablespoon raisins - optional
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Slice the apples into thin wedges, removing any seeds and core.
- In a large bowl, combine the melted coconut oil, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, honey or maple syrup, and salt.
- Add the apple slices to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
- Spread the spiced apple slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
- If desired, sprinkle chopped walnuts and raisins over the apple slices.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the apples are tender and slightly caramelized.
