  • Cauliflower - 400 grams, florets
  • Butter - 2 tablespoons
  • Heavy cream - 100 milliliters
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Cajun seasoning - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Chicken broth - 200 milliliters

  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet, sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.

  6. Serve the shrimp over the creamy cauliflower grits, garnished with grated Parmesan and extra green onions if desired.
