Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast the cauliflower in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until tender and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
- While the cauliflower is roasting, prepare the BBQ sauce by mixing the dairy-free BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, and maple syrup in a small bowl.
- Once the cauliflower is done roasting, remove it from the oven and toss it with the prepared BBQ sauce until well coated.
- Return the sauced cauliflower to the baking sheet and roast for an additional 5 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
