Ingredients

  • Sourdough bread - 4 slices

  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams, halved
  • Avocado - 1, sliced
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Brush each slice of sourdough bread with olive oil on both sides.
  3. Toast the bread in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  4. In a small bowl, combine chopped parsley, chives, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Once the bread is toasted, remove it from the skillet and top each slice with the herb mixture.
  6. Layer the sliced avocado and halved cherry tomatoes on top of the toast.
