Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small cake pan (about 6 inches).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the sour cream, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and egg, mixing until smooth.
