  • Celery - 1 stalk, diced
  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Diced tomatoes - 400 grams (canned)
  • Vegetable broth - 250 ml
  • Maple syrup - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion, garlic, bell pepper, carrot, and celery. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
