  • Cream cheese - 100 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Smoked brisket - 200 grams, shredded
  • Sugar-free BBQ sauce - 100 grams
  • Shredded cheddar cheese - 1/2 cup
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Red onion - 1/4, thinly sliced
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until melted and smooth.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, egg, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the melted cheese mixture and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper into a pizza shape, about 0.5 cm thick.
  5. Transfer the crust to a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. While the crust is baking, mix the shredded smoked brisket with the sugar-free BBQ sauce in a bowl.
  7. Once the crust is done, spread the BBQ brisket mixture evenly over the pizza base.
  8. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and sliced red onion.
  9. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  10. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, slice, and serve hot.
