  • Smoky BBQ sauce - 100 ml
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 150 grams
  • Red onion, thinly sliced - 50 grams
  • Bell peppers (mixed colors), diced - 100 grams
  • Corn kernels - 50 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the smoky BBQ sauce until evenly coated.
  3. Place the gluten-free pizza crust on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the BBQ chicken mixture evenly over the pizza crust.
