- Red onion, thinly sliced - 50 grams
- Bell peppers (mixed colors), diced - 100 grams
- Corn kernels - 50 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the smoky BBQ sauce until evenly coated.
