- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Mixed greens - 100 grams
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
Steps
- Preheat your smoker to 90°C (194°F).
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the trout fillets with the marinade, ensuring they are well coated.
- Place the trout fillets in the smoker and smoke for about 20-25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- While the trout is smoking, prepare a salad by combining mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and sliced avocado in a bowl.
- Once the trout is done smoking, remove it from the smoker and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Serve the smoked trout on top of the salad and garnish with fresh dill.
