  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced
  • Bell pepper (any color) - 1 medium, sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Mustard (for serving) - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the sliced zucchini, bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Toss to coat evenly.
