- Halal smoked sausage - 300 grams
- Red bell pepper - 1 medium
- Yellow bell pepper - 1 medium
- Green bell pepper - 1 medium
- Yellow onion - 1 medium
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons (chopped, for garnish)
Steps
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- While the grill is heating, slice the smoked sausage into 1-inch pieces.
- Wash and slice the bell peppers and onion into strips.
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced sausage, bell peppers, onion, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Place the sausage and pepper mixture onto the grill. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the sausage is heated through and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
