Ingredients

  • Halal smoked sausage - 300 grams
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium
  • Yellow bell pepper - 1 medium
  • Green bell pepper - 1 medium
  • Yellow onion - 1 medium
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons (chopped, for garnish)

Steps

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. While the grill is heating, slice the smoked sausage into 1-inch pieces.
  3. Wash and slice the bell peppers and onion into strips.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the sliced sausage, bell peppers, onion, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Place the sausage and pepper mixture onto the grill. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the sausage is heated through and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
  6. Remove from the grill and let it cool for a minute. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
