Ingredients

  • Smoked salmon - 150 grams
  • Romaine lettuce leaves - 4 large
  • Avocado - 1 medium
  • Lime - 1, juiced
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Red onion - 30 grams, finely diced
  • Cucumber - 50 grams, diced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Prepare the avocado-lime sauce by mashing the avocado in a bowl, then mixing in the lime juice, chopped cilantro, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  2. Rinse and dry the romaine lettuce leaves, then set them aside as the taco shells.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced red onion, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
