Ingredients

  • Smoked salmon - 200 grams
  • Gluten-free slider buns - 4 pieces
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams
  • Fresh dill - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Capers - 2 tablespoons, rinsed and chopped
  • Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, chopped dill, capers, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Slice the gluten-free slider buns in half and lightly toast them on a grill or in a toaster.
  3. Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture on the bottom half of each slider bun.
