Ingredients

Steps

  1. Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower, then chop it into florets.
  2. In a food processor, pulse the cauliflower florets until they resemble rice grains.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the cauliflower rice and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
