  • Coconut milk - 60 milliliters
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Smoked salmon - 100 grams
  • Fresh dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Capers - 1 tablespoon, drained
  • Lemon wedges - for serving

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and sea salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the egg, coconut milk, and olive oil until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a sticky dough forms.
