Steps
- Clean the Portobello mushrooms by wiping them with a damp cloth and removing the stems.
- In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar to create a marinade.
