  • Avocado - 1 medium
  • Greek yogurt - 100 grams
  • Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Cilantro (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your smoker or grill to a medium heat.
  2. If using whole smoked fish, flake the fish into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
