  • Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Apple cider vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Beef broth - 250 ml
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your smoker to 110°C (225°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt to create the spice rub.
  3. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the brisket, ensuring it's well coated.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the brisket and massage it into the meat.
  5. Place the brisket in the smoker, fat side up, and smoke for about 6 hours, maintaining a consistent temperature.
  6. In the last hour of smoking, combine apple cider vinegar and beef broth in a spray bottle and periodically spritz the brisket to keep it moist.
