- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Apple cider vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Beef broth - 250 ml
- Fresh parsley - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat your smoker to 110°C (225°F).
- In a small bowl, mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt to create the spice rub.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over the brisket, ensuring it's well coated.
- Drizzle olive oil over the brisket and massage it into the meat.
- Place the brisket in the smoker, fat side up, and smoke for about 6 hours, maintaining a consistent temperature.

- Once the brisket reaches an internal temperature of about 90°C (195°F), remove it from the smoker.
- Let the brisket rest for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
