  • tomato sauce - 200 grams
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • brown sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • mustard - 1 teaspoon
  • salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • whole wheat hamburger buns - 2
  • olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and green bell pepper, sautéing until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
