- Ground turkey - 300 grams

- Green bell pepper - 1/2, finely chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ketchup - 60 ml
- Worcestershire sauce - 15 ml
- Brown sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Burger buns - 2
- Cheddar cheese - 2 slices
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and green bell pepper, cooking until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Increase the heat to medium-high and add the ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, mustard, salt, and black pepper.
