- Ground beef (80% lean) - 250g
- Ground chicken - 125g
- Ground turkey - 125g
- Almond flour - 2 tablespoons
- Egg - 1 large
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Cheddar cheese - 50g, shredded
- Fresh spinach - 50g
- Sliced avocado - 1 small
- Sugar-free BBQ sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Lettuce leaves - 4 large
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground chicken, ground turkey, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and shape them into small patties.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F) for chicken and turkey or 70°C (160°F) for beef.
- In the last minute of cooking, place shredded cheddar cheese on top of the patties and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.
- Assemble the sliders using lettuce leaves as the base. Place a beef patty on the bottom leaf, followed by a layer of fresh spinach and a slice of avocado. Drizzle with sugar-free BBQ sauce.
- For the chicken and turkey sliders, repeat the assembly process using the respective patties. Serve immediately.
