- paprika - 1 teaspoon

- corn tortillas - 4 small
- avocado - 1 medium, diced
- cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- red onion - 1/4, finely chopped
- cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- lime - 1, juiced
Steps
- In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are pink and opaque. Remove from heat.
- In another skillet, lightly toast the corn tortillas over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes on each side until they are crisp.
- Assemble the tostadas by placing the cooked shrimp on each tortilla. Top with diced avocado, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped red onion, and cilantro.
