Ingredients

  • Shrimp - 250 grams, peeled and deveined
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Corn tortillas - 4 small
  • Red cabbage - 1 cup, shredded
  • Cherry tomatoes - 1/2 cup, halved
  • Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Greek yogurt - 1/4 cup
  • Sriracha - 1 tablespoon (optional)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, lime juice, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. While the shrimp is marinating, prepare the lime crema by mixing Greek yogurt, lime juice, and Sriracha (if using) in a small bowl. Set aside.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until they are pink and opaque.
  4. Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan or microwave until pliable.
  5. Assemble the tacos by placing a few shrimp on each tortilla. Top with shredded red cabbage, cherry tomatoes, avocado slices, and chopped cilantro.
  6. Drizzle the lime crema over the top and serve immediately.
