- Corn tortillas - 4 small
- Red cabbage - 1 cup, shredded
- Cherry tomatoes - 1/2 cup, halved
- Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
- Fresh cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Greek yogurt - 1/4 cup
- Sriracha - 1 tablespoon (optional)
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, lime juice, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let marinate for 10 minutes.
