- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons

- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Vegetable broth - 1/2 cup
Steps
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving 1/2 cup of the pasta water.

- Add the cooked linguine to the skillet, tossing to combine. If the mixture seems dry, add reserved pasta water a little at a time until desired consistency is reached.
