Ingredients

  • Shrimp - 200 grams, peeled and deveined
  • Cooked jasmine rice - 2 cups
  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Green peas - 1/2 cup
  • Carrot - 1 medium, diced
  • Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and diced carrot, stir-frying for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook for another 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
