  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ground rabbit meat - 200 grams
  • Tomato sauce - 1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese (dairy-free, optional) - 1/2 cup
  • Red onion - 1/4, thinly sliced
  • Bell pepper - 1/2, sliced
  • Fresh basil - a handful, chopped
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, tapioca flour, egg, olive oil, and salt to form a dough.

  7. Top with cooked rabbit meat, sliced red onion, bell pepper, and sprinkle with oregano.
  8. If using, add the dairy-free mozzarella cheese on top.

  10. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil, slice, and serve warm.
