Ingredients

  • Ground beef (80% lean) - 200 grams

  • Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Carrot - 1/2 medium, diced
  • Celery - 1/2 stalk, diced
  • Canned crushed tomatoes - 400 grams
  • Tomato paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Dried basil - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese - for serving (optional)

Steps

  1. Rinse the shirataki noodles under cold water, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, diced carrot, and diced celery. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, until the vegetables are softened.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned (about 5-6 minutes).
