- Celery - 1/2 stalk, diced
- Canned crushed tomatoes - 400 grams
- Tomato paste - 1 tablespoon
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Dried basil - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste

Steps
- Rinse the shirataki noodles under cold water, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, diced carrot, and diced celery. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, until the vegetables are softened.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned (about 5-6 minutes).
