Steps

  1. Begin by cutting the cauliflower into florets and steaming it for about 10 minutes until tender.
  2. Transfer the steamed cauliflower to a food processor, add coconut milk, lime juice, and a pinch of sea salt. Blend until smooth to create the coconut cauliflower rice.
  3. While the cauliflower is steaming, prepare the fresh sea urchin by carefully opening the shell and removing the uni (the edible part). Rinse gently under cold water and pat dry.
