- Red onion - 1/2, thinly sliced
- Zucchini - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
- Spinach - 50 grams, fresh
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated (optional)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a circular shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
