Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 250 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
  • Bell pepper (red or yellow) - 1, diced
  • Red onion - 1/2, thinly sliced
  • Zucchini - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
  • Spinach - 50 grams, fresh
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a circular shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the surface of the dough with olive oil and spread the tomato sauce evenly on top.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
