- Canned diced tomatoes - 400g
- Canned black beans, drained and rinsed - 240g
- Canned kidney beans, drained and rinsed - 240g
- Vegetable broth - 500 ml
- Chili powder - 1 tablespoon
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish) - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
