- Celery - 1 stalk, diced
- Vegetable broth - 500 ml
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh basil - 5 leaves, chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Heat olive oil in a medium pot over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion, carrot, and celery; sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
