Ingredients

  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Corn tortillas - 4 small
  • Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lime - 1, cut into wedges

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, toss the diced sweet potatoes with olive oil, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
