  • Cream cheese - 60g
  • Shredded cheddar cheese - 50g
  • Grated Parmesan cheese - 30g
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon (15ml)
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon (5g)
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon (5g)
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (3g)
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon (1g)
  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Slice the zucchini and yellow squash into thin rounds.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Add the sliced zucchini and yellow squash to the bowl and mix until well coated.
