- Bell pepper - 1/2, diced
- Spinach - 1 cup, chopped
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon

- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps
- Rinse the quinoa under cold water in a fine mesh strainer and set aside.
